Join Splendid Spoon on March 22nd from 6:00 - 9:00 PM to celebrate the energy of the Spring Equinox.
As we transition from one season to the next, let’s take a moment to give love to our past and future self. We’ll open ourselves up to the woman we’re becoming and the woman who’s laid the path here through an interactive journaling workshop with writer and podcast host Katie Dalebout, and a Medicine Dance led by healer and dancer Luciana Naclerio. Of course, there will also be nourishing Bowls from Splendid Spoon and tea to cozy up with.
Tickets for this event are $15, but Splendid Spoon has offered 15 complimentary spots for members. You’ll leave with a bag of self-care goodies to carry you through the Spring Equinox. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes which allow for profound movement and breath work.
We look forward to gathering with you for this very special celebration.
Splendid Spoon transforms your health through small, easy changes, every day. We deliver these changes through ready-to-eat plant based meals and mindfulness exercises.
Katie Dalebout is a writer and podcast host focusing on self-care, self-awareness, and self-expression for the greater good. She's the author of Let It Out: A Journey Through Journaling (Hay House, 2016) and a contributor to Hello Giggles and Refinery29. Through her speaking and writing she aims to help people develop a positive image of their bodies by embracing their creativity & personality outside of their physicality. In 2013 I launched the weekly interview based podcast Let It Out which now has over 200 episodes.
Luciana Naclerio is a guide on the path of balance, love and beauty. Her healing practice draws from her roots in classical ballet, which epitomizes the powerful union of strength and grace. Through her 5-year apprenticeship with Peruvian healer Deborah Hanekamp, Luciana became a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and has traveled the world teaching in healing retreats and sacred ceremonies. The apprenticeship led to Luciana offering Medicine Readings, a full-sensory ritual for harmony and rapture. Deep in her devotion to humanity, Luciana serves and empowers at-risk children throughout the world through the non-profit organization A Chance In Life.
